2. Studio services

Information on this site describes our rehearsal rooms, recording services, and related offerings. Actual availability, pricing, inclusions (such as backline and engineering), and policies may change. We reserve the right to update services, rates, and studio policies at any time.

3. Booking and cancellations

  • Bookings are not final until confirmed by the studio via email, text, booking system, or other written confirmation.
  • We may require deposits or prepayment for certain sessions or events.
  • Cancellation windows, late fees, and no-show policies are communicated at the time of booking and may vary depending on the service.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or reschedule bookings for safety, equipment, or operational reasons.

4. Studio rules and conduct

Guests are expected to respect the space, equipment, staff, and other clients. We may terminate a session or refuse service if behavior is unsafe, abusive, destructive, or violates local laws. You are responsible for any damage caused to equipment or facilities beyond normal wear and tear.

5. Intellectual property

  • Website content, including text, layout, branding, and images (except where otherwise noted), is owned by Lights, Action, Music Studios or used with permission.
  • You may view, print, or save content for personal reference. You may not copy, distribute, or use content for commercial purposes without our written consent.
  • Recordings and session files created in the studio are handled according to the agreement between you and the studio. Ownership of master recordings, stems, and mixes should be clarified when scheduling or prior to payment.

7. No guarantees
